Drive 2.5 miles to the light at Governor Drive
Turn left at the light and immediately right into Governor's Village Center.
Proceed to the back building #993 that faces El Dorado Hills Blvd.
Look for Suite 104 on the right front corner of the building.

INSURANCE

We welcome patients with insurance. We accept any indemnity (non-HMO) insurance plan. As a service to you, we will submit and process claims on your behalf.


PAYMENTS

We prefer not to send bills, as the cost of paperwork and postage affect our fees. We appreciate your payment at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

You may set up direct billing from your account to make any payments. We accept cash, check, credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Thank You!
